District Manager Responsibilities

• Interview, Recruit, Hire, and Train Employees
• Oversee Location Managers
• Create and Maintain Budgets
• Motivate Team and Resolve Conflicts
• Ensure Company Policy, Procedures, and Directives are Executed
• Handle Vendors, Management, and Employees
  
  

District Manager Requirements

• 4 Years of Multi-Unit Management Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to Lift 40lbs
• Ability to Work Weekends
• Substantial Travel
• Valid Driver's License
