A leading provider of school crossing guard services is looking for a District / Area / Team Manager to oversee field operations across New Jersey and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for fast food, fast casual, retail district managers who excel at managing multiple locations, leading large teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As a Team Manager, you'll oversee Lead and Area Supervisors across multiple municipalities, ensuring school crossing guards are on-site, trained, and operating efficiently. Your focus will be on problem-solving, compliance, and keeping municipalities, schools, and parents satisfied—not on hiring or recruiting.
District Manager Benefits
Competitive Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 performance-based bonus

District Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee Lead and Area Supervisors, ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple locations.
Operational Efficiency: Conduct regular field visits, ensure compliance with company policies, and solve real-time challenges.
Stakeholder Relations: Work closely with municipalities, school officials, and parents to maintain high satisfaction.
Scheduling & Budgeting: Monitor payroll, manage resource allocation, and oversee regional operations.
Travel & Field Presence: Expect 50% travel, with coverage from Southern Maine to Northern Virginia (majority in Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania). Some overnight stays required.
