District Sales Manager Qualifications
- MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
- 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales with measurable success in hitting or exceeding your sales targets
- Great driving record, you will be on the road in your region 3-4 days per week
- Go-getter mentality and ability to develop relationships within a short sales cycle
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales role with autonomy to get the job done
- Fantastic customer service mentality to provide the best service possible to our clients
- 3 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays
- Majority employer paid health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k with company match
- Monthly vehicle allowance
- Uncapped commission structure bringing total comp to $100-150k annually
