We are looking for an Ecommerce Systems Administrator for our growing company. This is a hybrid role, working in the office two days a week and from home three days a week. This person will be the go-to expert for maintaining and optimizing their Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ecommerce Systems Administrator Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Product and Tech to define business requirements and workflows for Shopify, WMS, and other system integrations.
- Configure, maintain and optimize WMS and troubleshoot and resolve operations system issues.
- Collaborate with the operations and technology teams to define and implement system settings, workflows, and integrations with Shopify and shipping carriers.
- Inventory management – weekly forecasting on existing products and new product launches.
- Manage and respond to customer reviews.
