Education Sales Executive Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end sales processes, from qualifying inbound inquiries to presenting and closing sales on our educational services, while accurately predicting sales outcomes and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and consistently achieve sales objectives
- Foster and enhance relationships with our current families, educators, and administrators to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction
- Serve as a reliable consultant and advocate to clients, internal teams, and your broader network, maintaining composure under pressure and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Generate revenue and consistently achieve ambitious monthly performance goals
- Monitor and record deal information in our CRM system to evaluate sales patterns and optimize future strategies
- Flexibly manage evening and weekend hours to accommodate client needs and finalize sales
- Bachelor’s degree from a "Top 25" accredited and competitive university
- Bilingual in Hindi and/or Mandarin preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of South Asian and Pacific Rim cultures
- 5-7 years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-consumer, or relevant business-to-business sales experience
- Availability to work 4 shifts--at least a weekend day and during evening hours 4-10pm, aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Proven track record of prospecting for leads, closing sales, and winning clients
