EHS Manager Essential Duties :
- Conduct safety audits, report findings, and develop action plans.
- Complete required air permit and wastewater reports.
- Maintain EHS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Production and Facility Managers on safety initiatives.
- Inspect facilities for risks and address preventative safety issues.
- Develop and implement safety and environmental procedures.
- Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
- Manage contractor and vendor safety compliance.
- Conduct training on emergency procedures and workplace safety.
- Maintain hazardous waste records and complete OSHA-required forms.
