General Manager Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in a General Manager position
• Set a strong example in customer interactions and sales, delivering an exceptional experience that fosters repeat visits and referrals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to develop a highly skilled and high-performing team. Lead with an owner's mindset, consistently identifying opportunities to foster growth for both the business and individual team members
• Monitor business metrics, pinpoint performance gaps, and create targeted strategies to effectively address these areas.
