You will be responsible for managing the entire escrow process for our clients, from opening the escrow to closing and disbursing funds. This includes reviewing and preparing all necessary documents, communicating with all parties involved, and ensuring that all terms and conditions of the transaction are met.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of the escrow process, from opening to closing
- Prepare and review necessary documents, such as title commitments, deeds, and closing disclosures
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure that all terms and conditions of the transaction are met, including deadlines and contingencies
