What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3 years as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a high-volume, casual restaurant
Leadership: A clean, confident, and organized approach to managing a team
Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of food costs, ordering, and team scheduling
Food Safety & Cleanliness: Knowledge of best practices (ServSafe preferred)
Flexibility: Ability to work a varying schedule, including late nights and weekends
