Executive Chef Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Sous Chef
• Strong background in budgeting, menu development, and cost management
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team in a high-volume kitchen
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Availability to work at least 50 hours per week
  
  

Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training
• Develop and refresh creative, seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s brand
• Maintain top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Oversee inventory and manage food costs to meet profitability goals
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations
