Executive Chef: Multi Unit Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Culinary Degree, Training Program, and/or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience at a high volume
• 10M in revenue with oversight of multiple units
• Contract food service management
• Strong knowledge of Sanitation, HACCP, Budgets (P&L), forecasting, labor
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Passion for mentoring/coaching and developing the team
• Customer Service Excellence
• A strong passion for food
• Critical Thinker ready to pivot
• Innovation and creativity
