Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
• Can drive culinary excellence and kitchen profitability
• Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals
• Systems-driven and can uphold company standards
• Organized and is a good planner, communicator, and team player
  
  

Executive Executive Chef Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience as an upscale Executive Chef
• Restaurant volume experience of $3 million in annual sales
• Needing experience and creativity executing new menus
• Strong focus on quality, presentation, production, sanitation, and food cost controls
• Hands-on Chef experience is a must with a solid work ethic
