- Lead and inspire the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and cost controls.
- Oversee labor, food, beverage, and supply costs to meet company goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and specials, ensuring innovation and variety.
- Uphold company systems and policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Actively mentor and train kitchen staff to support their professional growth.
- Engage with guests and team members to foster a welcoming and respectful environment.
- 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Chef in upscale or fine dining environments.
- A proven track record of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence.
- High-level organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong tenure and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to follow-through.
- Proficiency in kitchen management software and systems (knowledge of Toast preferred).
