Experienced Executive Chef that has experience with Banquets and Restaurants needed. Searching for someone that can operate in a fast-paced environment, with multiple outlets.

• Responsible for leading the culinary production and stewarding operations.
• Hiring, training, menu planning, ordering, vendor relationships, inventory, menu development.
• Maintain cost controls and budgets.
  
  

Executive Chef Qualifications

• Experience managing a full service Kitchen.
• Must show proficiency in managing and controlling costs and cooking techniques.
• 5 Years of Culinary Supervisory experience.
• Executive Chef experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/ Prefer culinary degree (but not needed)
