Executive Chef Responsibilities/Requirements

• Maintaining consistency, quality, and integrity of all menu items
• Directing all teams in preparation for service
• High restaurant volume experience above 7 million
• Full understanding of the Charleston market
• Executing timely and proper service of all food items
• Development of new items and recipes
• Ensuring labor and food cost goals are met
• Monitoring kitchen safety and cleanliness
• Supervising weekly inventory count
• Maintaining open and clear communication with the staff and owners
• Full understanding of culinary techniques
