3-5 years of experience leading high-volume, upscale casual kitchens
Proven systems-driven operator – you thrive in structured environments
Strong administrative skills – inventory control, costing, and scheduling are second nature to you
Experience running $5M in annual volume
A people-first leader – You build, train, and retain top-performing teams
Comfortable executing proven protocols – this is not a highly creative role, but a high-performance one
