Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities

• Training and developing team members
• Be the go-to BOH person, following the Executive Chef
• Lead by example

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications

• 3 years in a similar role in a scratch kitchen environment
• High volume experience
• Upscale background preferred
