Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities/Qualification

• Oversee all areas of operations in BOH
• Onboard, manage, and develop your team
• Work with the management team to provide a great guest experience
• Ensure consistency throughout
• Work with EC to provide a great guest experience
• Ability to uphold standards and maintain a strong/positive culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on style
