An upscale, high-energy and high-volume venue known for great food as well as events is seeking a Sous Chef. Do you have experience with high-volume à la carte, as well as banqueting and special events? Are you a patient teacher and coach? Executive Sous Chef MUST HAVES

• Computer Proficiency - we use POS (Toast), Restaurant 365, CompEat, Hotschedules
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar
• High Volume Experience (10M and up)
• Extensive experience with banquets and events. (QSR, Cafe, and/or Sushi experience a big plus!)
• Expertise in labor, food-cost control, and inventory management
• Positive and motivational leadership style.
