Fast Casual Café General Manager Qualifications Expectations:

• 2 years as a General Manager in a Full Service or Fast Casual Concept
• 4 wall execution with Integrity
• GMs should be autonomous, financially driven, and community-oriented with a strong marketing mindset
• Financial Acumen, driven by P&L and operate with an owner mindset
• Couching, Mentoring, and Developing a team. Huge on internal promotions.
