Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast paced QSR location.
• Proven track record of successful restaurant leadership ensuring high-quality food production.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations and P&L management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
