Festival Director Qualifications

• Ability to hire, train, and manage festival staff and vendors (F&B, entertainment, rentals, etc).
• Marketing minded
• Passionate about driving revenue and creating amazing guest experiences!
• Familiarity with Boston's permitting process is a plus!
