Fine Dining Restaurant Manager Requirements/Qualifications

• 2 years managing in a high volume, upscale environment
• Experience opening new restaurants preferred and flexibility in scheduling is required
• Tech-savvyy with experience in POS, inventory management, and scheduling patforms
• Expert in performance management, and employee development
• Should have strong wine and spirit knowledge, as well as strong relationships with beverage vendors
