Full-Service Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications :
- Consistent career history : no more than four jobs in the last 10 years.
- A deep understanding of hospitality and a commitment to delivering amazing guest experiences.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and retain a high-performing team with strong morale.
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus—our team is growing, and new opportunities are on the horizon!
- Skilled in training, coaching, and directing team members to achieve positive results.
