- Conduct comprehensive oral evaluations and develop personalized treatment approaches.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorations, prosthetics, endodontic treatments, extractions, and more.
- Educate patients on best practices for maintaining long-term oral health.
- Diagnose and manage periodontal conditions and other dental concerns.
- Leverage state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques to enhance efficiency and care.
- Foster strong patient relationships through clear communication and a welcoming approach.
- Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient experience.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for or active dental licensure in Minnesota.
- Proficiency in a broad range of dental services, including restorative work, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. Invisalign certification is an advantage.
- A commitment to ongoing education and staying informed on advancements in dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset.
