General Manager Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant.
- Proven ability to manage $15M in annual revenue and lead a team of 125 staff members.
- Extensive beverage knowledge, including wine, beer, spirits, and overall program management.
- Experience with private events and banquet operations preferred.
- Hands-on, servant-leader mindset with a keen attention to detail and high service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with staff, guests, and vendors.
- Strong operational expertise, including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, such as Aloha, OpenTable, and HotSchedules.
