We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team to develop dynamic and engaging technical training materials for an audience with the Department of Defense. You'll be responsible for collection, management, and publication of instructional material to support DoD needs and requirements.
Instructional Designer Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain engaging technical training materials across various modalities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to verify training aligns with mission requirements
- Create user-friendly technical documentation
- Solicit feedback and utilize analytics to evaluate and enhance course effectiveness
- Manage projects and deliverables from concept to evaluation
