This role requires a strategic and hands-on financial leader with expertise in real estate and hospitality accounting to oversee financial operations, drive growth, and optimize processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability.
- Manage and develop a 15-person finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Implement financial controls, reporting, and scalable systems.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and expansion.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
- Utilize Sage Intacct and ADP Workforce to enhance reporting and workforce analytics.
- CPA required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 10 years of finance leadership experience in real estate and/or hospitality.
- Proven ability to scale finance functions in high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, ADP Workforce, and financial systems.
- Strong understanding of real estate development, asset management, and hospitality finance.
