Head Of Marketing Qualifications

• 7 years in driving results and experience working with a start-up company or entrepreneurial environment (mandatory). Manufacturing and retail industry is highly preferred.
• Expertise with analytics tools and using KPIs to guide decision-making (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, and more).
• Proven proficiency leading A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and marketing experiments to improve efficiency and scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and leading a high-performance marketing team with clear goals and accountability.
• Documented success aligning marketing Product, Operations, and Finance for overall business success.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads) and retention (email, SMS, loyalty).
• Strong experience with Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms.
• Confirmed brand-building expertise to create a long-term, sustainable brand presence.
