Healthtech SaaS Implementation Specialist Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and client success managers to assist in the technical/IT aspects of implementations
• Travel to clients to help with Go Lives and new modules as they are implemented
• Be the SME for existing, new, and modules in development
• Communicate effectively with our SW Engineers, Client Success Team, Clients, and Client IT departments
  
  

Healthtech SaaS Implementation Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Skilled at SaaS Implementation and Client Success with 2 years in health tech
• Experience in Perioperative Inventory and Analytics preferred
• Data analytics and training expertise
