High Volume District Manager Qualifications

• Full Service, multi unit/venue leadership experience of 25 mil
• Strong beer/wine/spirits knowledge
• Hands on leader to train our Manager's how to lead their entire team and hold the team accountable
• Strong leadership and team building skills - strong people development skills
• Ownership mentality
• Keen financial acumen
• Coach/mentor/teacher with a positive leadership style and a track record of building strong, cohesive teams
• Understanding of a HIGHLY seasonal business with yearly ramp up period
• Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills

• Overseeing 3 restaurants with 2 more coming soon!
