Hospitality Controller – Lead Financial Excellence!

Join a dynamic hospitality team where your financial expertise will drive success! We’re seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement internal controls, manage audits, and ensure compliance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required).
• 5 years in a Controller role, with 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience in hospitality accounting is required.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAGE Intacct preferred).
