This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing Fast-Casual concepts in the country! We are looking for a 5-day in-office Data Analyst to help us grow. This role would work among operations and business decision-makers along with our franchised community. Help stakeholders get to the bottom of challenging data and business questions while identifying opportunities that will shape the company's direction. This role will be responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, strategic narratives, and assisting with proposals and operations initiatives and projects. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and/or ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with management to develop data insights, dashboards, and visualizations to support the business and provide insights into operational efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities to improve our business, in partnership with the operations team.
• Track inventory and monitors transaction controls.
• Assist with prescription savings analysis modeling, analyzes business performance trends to identify opportunities and recommends updates to processes for continuous improvement.
• Monitor department processes and workflow to ensure overall accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work output.
• Conduct discovery and document business requirements, gaps, impact analysis and solution.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Skills, Abilities, And Experience

• Fluency in MS Excel and very good with Power BI
• 1-3 Years of Experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or comparable role.
• Strong competence in analyzing data and turning it into a communicable value proposition
• A perfectionist mindset for accurate analysis with the ability to for meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
• Strong analytical background and critical thinking
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail along with strong written and communication skills preferred
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: * 1-3 Years of Experience in Analytical platform (Power BI) preferred
