Hotel Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 5 years within a luxury hotel with 3 plus as Assistant General Manager
• Ability to motivate, develop, and create a motivated and enthusiastic team that is guest-focused
• Review hotel financials and action plan need areas
• Daily overview of the F&B departments - including conferences
