Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of the operations, guest satisfaction, training, and scheduling
• A genuine passion for devoting people and future leaders
• Responsible for maintaining compliance regarding brand standards
• Work closely with all departments and ownership to ensure goals are being achieved
• Be an ambassador for the brand and property by actively engaging with guests and team members
• Be relentless in the pursuit of guest satisfaction
  
  

Hotel General Manager Requirements

• A positive, collaborative mindset
• 2-year minimum experience as a limited-service hotel General Manager
• The ability to develop and inspire all staff
• Open availability is required
