We are looking for the next great leader for our property! Our boutique, oceanfront resort in Gloucester, MA is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a stunning New England setting. While our property operates seasonally, this General Manager role is year-round, offering the opportunity to oversee this coastal retreat while also assisting with operations at other properties in our portfolio during the off-season. Onsite housing is provided as part of the compensation package.

Hotel General Manager Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or Front Office Manager for a boutique hotel
- 5 years of steady career progression with one or two companies—tenure is important
- Positive, personable, and hands-on leadership style
- Task force experience is a plus
- Experience managing seasonal resorts, including opening and closing operations annually
- Experience leading and mentoring J-1 team members
- Desire and ability to live and work in Gloucester, MA
- Ensure the highest quality guest experiences
- Lead the team by example, maintaining an active presence in daily operations
- Serve in a task force capacity during the off-season at other properties in the company portfolio
- Work closely with J-1s and college students, providing training on hospitality fundamentals and operational roles
- Maximize ADR and revenue yield during peak season
- Deliver financial results to the home office
- Onsite housing provided year-round
