Hotel Sales And Catering Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and catering strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences
• Solicit, plan, and oversee private dining and catered events, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing quotas while maintaining profitability
• Implement and adapt corporate marketing strategies to the local market
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and operations

Hotel Sales And Catering Manager Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and catering-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team toward achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of hospitality trends, catering practices, and event management best practices
