Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the total sales activity of the hotels / executing sales and marketing strategies.
- Plan and implement ongoing action plans and sales activity / strategies.
- Maintain existing accounts and securing new accounts.
- Collaborate with GMs to Develop and Maintain Marketing plan and Sales budget.
- Participates in Revenue Management meetings / strategies using brand system and industry-driven sales tools
- Coordinate group, transient, and Negotiated Rates to maximize revenues and profits
