Housekeeping Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

Staffing, scheduling, and managing the team members of the department
Responsible for the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel and exterior
Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
Manage the departmental expense and labor budget
1-2 years of Housekeeping Management Experience, or
3 years as a Housekeeping leader at a larger hotel
