Human Resources Director Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance HR operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs.
• Ensure adherence to federal, multi-state, and local HR/benefits regulations.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy HR initiatives.
• Manage HR operations and benefits budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Human Resources Director Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5 years in HR management and benefits administration.
• Strong expertise in HR compliance, primarily California-specific regulations.
• Proven experience with multi-concept restaurant operations (mandatory) and California operations (preferred).
