- Oversee and enhance HR operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs.
- Ensure adherence to federal, multi-state, and local HR/benefits regulations.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy HR initiatives.
- Manage HR operations and benefits budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years in HR management and benefits administration.
- Strong expertise in HR compliance, primarily California-specific regulations.
- Proven experience with multi-concept restaurant operations (mandatory) and California operations (preferred).
