Human Resources Manager - Hotel and Resorts
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager - Hotel and Resorts who will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all employee life cycle policies and procedures. Having prior experience in a hospitality setting — restaurants are highly preferred — is a must and non-negotiable. This leader will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related functions. They will also connect all team members to available resources and information in a timely fashion. We want someone with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude who works with a sense of urgency. Human Resource Manager Qualifications
- 5 years of previous Human Resource Management experience, preferably as a Generalist.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Formal HR certification and the ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Previous experience working with a restaurant concept is highly preferred.
- Previous HR experience in New York is highly preferred.
- Investigate and resolve all employee relations escalation issues.
- Point of contact for all Workers' Comp, Unemployment Claims, and Leaves of Absence.
- Provide ongoing training and development to the team using both LMS platform and live sessions.
- Be current on all required compliance and audits.
- Competitive salary of $110K to $120K.
