Human Resources Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, diversity, employee relations, leadership development, and training.
• Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to management on all human capital issues.
• Lead the Company’s staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of top talent.
• Improve leadership and management skills of managers and supervisors.
• Increase the use of technology in administering and managing HR services and programs.
• Lead and manage projects and track various initiatives.
• Implement and communicate company policies and procedures to managers and employees.
• Insure compliance with labor laws and payroll requirements in multiple states.
  
  

Human Resources Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of HRM experience preferably in the restaurant industry
• Unquestionable work ethic, personal integrity, and honesty
• Experience in a hospitality organization and union required
• Strong team development, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of at least 5 years of developing and initiating human resources and organizational development strategies in a growing company.
• Being bilingual is a plus!
