What You’ll Be Doing
- Precision Engineering: Fabricate high-quality, complex metal components based on detailed drawings.
- Technical Mastery: Confidently read, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
- Hands-On Operation: Set up and run CNC lathes, mills, and more to achieve exact tolerances.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Apply your knowledge of metals and machining to enhance processes.
- Independent Leadership: Work autonomously while driving continuous improvements.
- Experience: 2–4 years with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment and/or lathes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with engineering drawings, AutoCAD, and CNC programming.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Capable of independent work and basic maintenance tasks.
- Competitive Salary: Earn up to $55K.
