Qualifications:
- Fine Dining Experience: 3 years in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale/fine dining setting.
- Professionalism: Maintain a welcoming attitude for both guests and team members.
- Consistency & Quality: Strong attention to detail in daily operations and plate presentation.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to control costs, manage products, and ensure kitchen safety standards.
Experience Required:
- Culinary Management: 3-4 years in a hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end fine dining environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications; knowledge of Aloha POS is a plus.
- Leadership: A hands-on leader capable of independent problem-solving.
- Preferred Background: Prior Executive Sous Chef experience and culinary training, particularly in fine dining.
