This concept is chef-driven, with almost everything being made in their kitchen, from scratch, and inspired by times the owner spent in Miami. The menu follows the seasons and many of the key ingredients are sourced from local farmers and purveyors. Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a basic Spanish understanding
- 2-4 years of BOH experience
- Will be expected to work at another location once per week
