Responsibilities
- Lead and train the BOH team
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen efficiency
- Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role (2 years in full service restaurant)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety and cost control
- Passion for great food and a fast-paced environment (High Volume Environment)
