What we want you to bring to the Kitchen Manager Opportunity:

• 3 years experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant ( 5m)
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
• Upscale dining experience preferred
• Control costs of P&L like Food, Paper, and Beverage
