Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) apps that integrate seamlessly with our wearable device.
• Create intuitive UIs for real-time health metrics, historical trends, and AI-driven insights.
• Integrate AI/ML models for personalized recommendations.
• Develop emergency alert features with real-time communication capabilities.
• Ensure reliable Bluetooth connectivity for data synchronization.
• Implement robust data security measures, complying with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of mobile developers.
  
  

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 5 years of mobile app development experience (iOS and Android) for health/fitness applications.
• Medical device background preferred.
• Startup experience in a lead developer role.
• Strong Bluetooth/IoT device communication skills.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring/SpringBoot), AI/ML mobile libraries, real-time data processing, secure data storage, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native) a plus.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
