- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of vessel and facility electrical systems
- Manage the direction of the engineering department and address electrical and control needs of vessels and facilities
- Organize and prioritize information to align with customer service, operations, and regulatory specifications
- Ability to work in various environments, including extreme weather conditions and confined spaces
- Willingness to travel to other facilities and be on-call 24 hours a day
