Luxury Resort Culinary Director

Luxury Resort hotel needs a strong Culinary Director that is a true agent of change. The ideal candidate will have many years of leadership experience with knowledge and abilities at every level of service.

Resort Culinary Director Qualifications

• 10 years of Food and Beverage experience with multi-outlet Resorts or High-end hotels
• 5 years of experience as Executive Chef or Culinary Director in $10M environments
• Experience with fine dining, high volume casual dining, and grab-and-go outlets
• Experience with Banquets, high-end, and large scale
• Experience concepting or re-concepting outlet, including menu design, recipe design, and providing a vision for the guest experience. New Restaurant opening a plus.
• Expert culinary financial knowledge and proven track record of meeting budget
• A strong and confident leader that drives change, trains, and inspires team members
• Classical training is a plus
• Willing and able to re-locate to the semi-remote area
  
  

Resort Culinary Director Responsibilities

• Work directly with GM, Director of Food and Beverage, ownership, and management to develop a vision for the culinary program
• Develop all menus and recipes, train culinary management team to execute consistently
• Manage a team of managers in the culinary department
• Lead our property in high growth and re-development phase
